Weaving is usually done in a salon by a stylist. The stylist sections the hair to create corn rows. On the row some strands of your hair are selected and an extension is sewn, using a needle, wool and or weaving thread, onto the strand close to the scalp. This may be uncomfortable as your hair strand is pulled fairly tight to properly attach the extension. This bonding method is generally preferred as there are no chemicals involved but it may need to be regularly tightened by the stylist. This maintenance is important if you would like your weave to last longer. __________________ Human hair extensions
