Coffee contains antioxidants that may offer some cardiovascular protection, and research is showing that it reduces the likelihood of developing diabetes, which is itself a major heart disease risk factor. But it also increases homocysteine levels and may have negative effects on the aorta. Thanks for writing the benefits of drinking coffee. Here are my reasons to drink coffee. It is suggested that instead of drinking too much coffee, a person should drink a glass of freshly prepare organic juice. It is more beneficial than coffee.
