Stretching in the morning is a very healthy habit. It helps your muscles loose and get oxygen in every part of the body. I do stretching every morning right after waking up. Also, I drink a glass of Tahitian Noni Juice. I have heard it prevents diabetes and cancer if consumed on a daily basis. Thanks for sharing the information about stretching.
