A recent study has revealed that coffee drinkers are more likely to resist development of dementia and Alzheimer's later in life.Another study done on rats found that just the smell of coffee helped to reduce stress that was associated with loss of sleep. So, if you're smiling next time you roll out of bed and walk toward the coffee pot, there may be a reason why? Think about it.

Nothing tastes better in coffee than some sugar and flavoring. While watching your weight, always opt for a calorie-free sugar substitute, and stay away from the sugar jar that enables you to mindlessly pour. However, try to not consume more than one packet of artificial sugar a day, as while it is calorie-less, it is not the best thing for your health. If you must add some flavoring to your coffee—whether it be vanilla, mocha, hazelnut or caramel—make sure you choose a sugar-free flavoring. The regular flavorings will add calories to your coffee real quickly, and the sugar-free varieties are easily available and just as delicious. ______________________________________ Kopi Luwak

Sugar and milk can taste good in coffee but if you are health conscious and want to reduce weight then you should not add sugar or milk in your coffee. Especially in green coffee. That increases its effectiveness.
